What are you reading this weekend?

In a time of destruction, create something.

What things can you never stop thinking about? I’m mainly thinking healthy obsessions or put another way — things you feel you were born to be weirdly too interested in — as if God is driving you on. 🧐

I remember my childhood names for grasses and secret flowers. I remember where a toad may live and what time the birds awaken in the summer -- and what trees and seasons smelled like -- how people looked and walked and smelled even. The memory of odors is very rich.

I spent 30 years running from my calling. When I lay dying in hospital, I was given the grace to see that and given the chance to start again. If something is calling to be created through you, don’t ignore it!
