  1. While I realize that losing animals is part of farm life, my heart goes out to you. I know this has had to be difficult, not just for her, but for you as well.

    1. Thanks for the kind words. I’m just grateful that I had the time and resources to do all I could for her and be there in the end. Animals definitely have souls in my opinion–especially goats 🙂

  2. So sorry to hear about Daphne,I know this is hard on you,but you know you did all you could for her. I’m sure she is at Rainbow Bridge with all our other loved animal family, and is happily running free!

  3. I am so sorry! Just heard about your loss! My thoughts are with you on this–I know how hard it can be to lose an animal. Any animal who you’ve come to know becomes a part of you. Big hug today!!!

    1. Thanks, Lori. Yes the past week has been tough–on and off sobbing–not very pretty 🙂 But we had some very special time together on Friday night. You know those times when an animal looks into your eyes as if she knows your soul? She died peacefully in her sleep.

I’m putting a picture up just for you today. 🙂
